WE KEEP TABS ON TODAY'S GLOBAL ECONOMY
Traditional ground data relay stations that kept track of global assets just can't keep up with the demands of today's connected worldwide economy.
That's why Aprize Satellite developed a whole new approach to managing global assets in a more efficient, cost-effective manner through the use of proprietary satellite technology and piggyback launch capabilities. Using global satellite data-transfer systems, Aprize can transmit and receive information to and from remote locations that were previously inaccessible.
And our low-Earth orbit (LEO) satellite data relay system is specifically designed to address evolving customer needs with the flexibility to add additional functionality and system capability to respond to new applications, market growth and changes in customer requirements.
With over 2.3 million miles of pipelines carrying natural gas and hazardous liquids in the U.S. alone and more than 325,000 miles of aging steel pipelines, it is no surprise that corrosion prevention is a major concern of the pipeline industry. With over 16 million residential and commercial propane customers in the U.S. and an additional 34 million worldwide, propane distributors are looking for a low-cost method to obtain and monitor liquid levels in propane and fuel oil tanks to optimize delivery routes and schedules, prevent unnecessary deliveries and improve inventory management, thereby producing significant cost-saving. Aprize has focused on the provision of low-cost remote monitoring and tracking services to meet the critical market needs of these and other industries, such as those who are now moving approximately eight million international shipping containers around the world. And the U.S. trucking and railroad shippers who move approximately 15 million truck trailers and railcars at any given time. And the approximately 400,000 new containers and equivalent number of new truck trailers and railcars that are now entering the market each year.
Aprize has integrated all of the little LEO system elements during the past six years to prepare itself to address all these growing market needs by obtaining an international satellite license, developing superior market technology and demonstrating the effectiveness of satellite tracking and fixed asset monitoring services to potential users worldwide.
The dynamics of the global economy are becoming more and more complex with each and every day. And Aprize is keeping right up with them as they do.
